Hello Everyone! Welcome to Posh Paws Parlour, Luton.

I'm Machaela and I love animals... especially dogs! I have always been around dogs growing up and they have been a big part of my life. Dogs are definitely humans best friends!! I own a Labrador called Barney - he is the most laid back, friendly and loving boy! (Picture of him below after his bath and de-shed).

I started my Dog Grooming adventure after working with Blue Cross for Pets charity, where I found lots of dogs waiting to be re-homed were in need of haircuts! This is what pushed me to gain my City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Dog Grooming qualifications. I started my grooming course in April 2019 and studied at GroomArts for a 4 week intensive course. I learnt so many new skills, which furthered my knowledge on dogs which I had already learnt at the Blue Cross. It was an amazing experience and confirmed my passion towards grooming. I have now opened Posh Paws Parlour - the best decision of my career!

At Posh Paws Parlour, my aim is to provide you with an exceptional dog grooming service. I only use the best, natural products on the market and all of my equipment is the best quality. The atmosphere in my salon is very relaxing and all of my appointments are 1-to-1 based, so you can rest assured that your pooch will have all of my attention during their groom. I will treat your doggie like they are my own, and I can guarantee they will return to you happy, relaxed and smelling/looking beautiful!

 

I am Level 2 & 3 City & Guilds Qualified, Canine First Aid Qualified and fully insured.
